1. Who we are
This site is operated by SEOBRO® (referred to in this policy as "we", "us" and "our"), a boutique SEO consultancy. The site is published at https://seobro.com. For any privacy-related question you can reach us at roman@seobro.com.
2. What information we collect
We only collect information that you actively provide. Specifically:
- Lead form submissions. When you fill the "Get Initial SEO Strategy" form we receive your name, website URL, whether you have used SEO before, and your email address.
- Direct contact. If you email us we receive whatever information your message contains, including your email address and any attachments.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, timestamp and requested URL. These logs are retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes only.
We do not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking pixels, session-replay tools or third-party analytics beyond what is described in section 4.
3. How we use the information
The information you submit is used solely to:
- respond to your enquiry and prepare an initial SEO strategy;
- schedule and run consultation calls you request;
- send you contractual or service-related communication if we agree to work together;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing or share it with advertising networks.
4. Service providers we rely on
To deliver the site and process leads we use a small number of sub-processors. They each act under their own privacy terms and only receive the data needed to perform their function:
- Netlify, Inc. — site hosting and form submission storage. See netlify.com/privacy.
- Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC). — lead notifications are forwarded to a private Telegram chat we control via the official Telegram Bot API. See telegram.org/privacy.
- Supabase, Inc. — stores published case studies and editorial articles displayed on this site. No personal data is sent to Supabase. See supabase.com/privacy.
- Outrank.so — generates and publishes blog articles via webhook into our Supabase database. Outrank processes only article content, never personal data collected from this website. See outrank.so/privacy.
5. Cookies
This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. The only cookies that may be set are strictly-necessary ones used by Netlify to detect form spam (e.g. its honeypot mechanism). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without breaking core functionality.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain lead-form submissions for as long as your enquiry is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, in case you re-engage us. After that they are deleted from our Netlify dashboard and from the Telegram chat. Direct email correspondence is retained for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. the EU/EEA under GDPR, the UK under UK-GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- object to or restrict our processing of your data;
- receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at roman@seobro.com from the address you originally contacted us with. We respond within 30 days.
8. International transfers
Our service providers (Netlify, Telegram, Supabase) operate globally and may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards published by each provider.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted, stored in Netlify's dashboard with access limited to the owner, and forwarded to Telegram over TLS. Despite reasonable safeguards no online service can guarantee absolute security; we encourage you not to send sensitive personal information through the contact form.
10. Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through the form, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices change or when legally required. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will also be highlighted on the home page or via direct communication where appropriate.
12. Contact
Questions, requests or complaints about this privacy policy should be sent to roman@seobro.com.
